How easy is it to take apart or reassemble?
The unit can be separated into 3 basic parts plus the 2 large wheels in less than a minute. This is accomplished using four ergonomic twist knobs and two quick release pins. Watch our assembly video: Click Here
How much does it weigh?
The entire device, including the wheels, weighs 49 pounds. The heaviest single piece (the seat frame) weighs just 12 pounds.
I can’t afford it. Are there any grants available?
Yes, there are grants available for those with verifiable income limitations. Check out the links in THIS DOCUMENT to see if you are eligible. Now you also have the option to finance the full cost of your Sand Rider over 24-36 months interest free. Select the Klarna option at checkout to apply.
What is it made of?
The frame is powder coated aluminum. The upholstery is sling quality vinyl coated polyester, UV stable, Microban® antimicrobial protection, and GREENGUARD® Select Certified. Hardware is salt water resistant 316 stainless steel.
Is there any warranty?
Sand Rider warrants the frame and all components, except tires and wheels, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three years from date of purchase. Wheels and tires are warranted for a period of 6 months for consumers, 3 months for third parties where the equipment is used in a rental business. Limitations and exclusions from this warranty: Damage due to normal wear and tear, failure to perform maintenance, negligence, accident, natural disaster or user modification of the product is specifically excluded from this warranty. This warranty does not include any shipping charges incurred for replacement or repair.
What is your return policy?
Unused products may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date, 100% complete, in re-sellable condition for full refund. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Call 757-847-9338 for return merchandise authorization prior to shipment.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do ship worldwide and accept payment via wire transfer or credit card. A Credit Card Authorization Form and proof of ID is required for credit card payments for international orders. International sales orders must be placed via a contact request on our site or by contacting us directly at (757) 847-9338. Orders to Canada can be placed directly on our site and are treated like orders within the USA.
